So Many Cool Ideas is a service of SMCI Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
The short version: the only personal information we collect is what you type into the contact form. We use it to reply to you about your project. We do not sell it, we do not advertise to you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What you send us
The form on this site asks for your name, your email address, an optional note about what kind of project you are considering, and a description of your idea. All of it is voluntary, and you decide how much detail to put in the message.
The form also contains a hidden field that real visitors never see. It exists only to catch automated spam. If something fills it in, the submission is discarded.
Why we hold it and what we do with it
We use what you send to reply to you, to scope and quote the work you asked about, and to carry on that conversation. If you go ahead, the same details become part of the project record. If you do not, we keep the exchange only while it is reasonably useful and then delete it.
We do not add you to a marketing list because you used this form, and we do not send you unrelated promotional email.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party ad pixels on this site.
- We do not ask for, or want, sensitive information. Please do not send payment card details, government identification numbers or passwords by email or through this form.
Payments
We do not take payment on this website and we never see or store your card number. When a project reaches the point of payment, it is invoiced separately and handled by a payment provider that processes the card directly.
Services we rely on
Running this site involves a few third parties, each doing one job:
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site, and processes each request in order to serve pages and to protect against attack and abuse. This involves technical data such as your IP address, the time of the request and your browser's user agent.
- Google Workspace carries our email, so a message you send arrives in a mailbox there.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this page.
- Our own measurement counts page views so we know which pages people find useful. It is first-party, it is not sold or shared, and it is not used to identify you personally.
Some pages link out to other companies, including marketplaces where our printable games are sold. Once you follow a link you are on their site and their privacy policy applies, not this one.
Cookies
This site does not use cookies to track you across the web and carries no advertising cookies.
How long we keep things
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Records connected to work we actually did are kept longer, because business and tax records have to be. You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner and we will.
Children
This site sells services to adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Some of our printable games are made for families to play together, but the buying and the contact happen with an adult. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and say what you want done. We do not charge for this and we will not make it difficult.
Security and breach notification
We limit who can reach the information we hold and protect it with the security controls available to us. No system is perfect. If a security incident affects personal information, we follow the notification requirements of Florida Statutes section 501.171, including notifying affected individuals within the time the statute allows.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date at the top. If a change materially affects information you already sent us, we will tell you rather than rely on you noticing.
